MSCertification d.o.o. is an independent legal entity registered with the competent authorities and is legally responsible for all of its certification activities.

MSCertification d.o.o. upisan je u registar privrednih subjekata Agencije za privredne registre, broj upisa BD 36672/2011 od 08.04.2011.

MSCertification d.o.o. is registered in the Serbian Business Registers Agency under entry number BD 36672/2011 dated 08.04.2011.

MSCertification d.o.o. osnovan je sa ciljem obavljanja aktivnosti provere, ocenjivanja i sertifikacije različitih sistema menadžmenta. Pretežna delatnost: 71.20 Tehničko ispitivanje i analize – izdavanje isprava o usaglašenosti za sisteme upravljanja.

MSCertification d.o.o. was established to perform assessment, evaluation and certification of various management systems. Primary activity: 71.20 Technical testing and analysis – issuing statements of conformity for management systems.

Sertifikaciono telo MSCertification d.o.o., Beograd (MSCertification d.o.o.) formirano je 2011. godine kao odgovor na sve prisutnije potrebe klijenata za proverama i sertifikacijom koja stvara dodatnu vrednost njihovim organizacionim sistemima.

The certification body MSCertification d.o.o., Belgrade (MSCertification d.o.o.) was founded in 2011 in response to the growing demand for assessments and certification that add value to clients’ management systems.

AkreditacijaAccreditation

MSCertification d.o.o. je akreditovan od strane Akreditacionog tela Srbije prema zahtevima standarda SRPS ISO 17021:2015 za obavljanje poslova ocenjivanja usaglašenosti.

MSCertification d.o.o. is accredited by the Accreditation Body of Serbia in accordance with the requirements of SRPS ISO 17021:2015 for conformity assessment activities.

PrincipiPrinciples

Nepristrasnost – Sve odluke sertifikacionog tela su nepristrasne, a princip nepristrasnosti ugrađen je kroz odnosne procedure i uputstva za rad.

Impartiality – All decisions of the certification body are impartial, and the principle of impartiality is embedded through relevant procedures and work instructions.

Kompetentnost – Sve poslove u vezi sertifikacionih aktivnosti obavlja kompetentno osoblje. Konstantno unapređujemo znanja i veštine svog osoblja zasnovano na najnovijim saznanjima i trendovima u ovoj oblasti.

Competence – All certification activities are performed by competent personnel. We continually improve the knowledge and skills of our staff based on the latest insights and trends in the field.

Odgovornost – Svoj rad zasnivamo na poštovanju zakonskih odredbi i zahteva akreditacionog tela, kao i odnosnih standarda i drugih normativnih dokumenata. Klijent je odgovoran za usaglašenost sa zahtevima sertifikacije. Sertifikaciono telo odgovorno je za prikupljanje i vrednovanje objektivnih dokaza na kojima treba da se zasnuju zaključci sa provere.

Responsibility – Our work is based on compliance with legal provisions, accreditation body requirements, applicable standards, and other normative documents. The client is responsible for conformity with the certification requirements. The certification body is responsible for collecting and evaluating objective evidence on which audit conclusions are based.

Otvorenost – Radi sticanja i održavanja poverenja u sertifikaciju, sertifikaciono telo omogućava odgovarajući pristup informacijama o statusu sertifikata i zaključcima određenih (nepoverljivih) provera zainteresovanim stranama.

Openness – To gain and maintain trust in certification, the certification body provides appropriate access to information on the status of certificates and to non-confidential audit conclusions for interested parties.

Poverljivost – Sertifikaciono telo sve informacije o klijentu tretira kao poverljive. Nije dozvoljeno da bilo ko od učesnika u sertifikacionim aktivnostima prenese informacije od značaja trećim licima bez odobrenja klijenta.

Confidentiality – The certification body treats all client information as confidential. No participant in certification activities may disclose any significant information to third parties without the client’s consent.

Reagovanje na prigovore – Klijenti imaju pravo da ulože žalbu i/ili prigovor u slučajevima kada se smatraju oštećenim u odnosu na ugovorne obaveze i/ili pravila sertifikacije. Prilikom reagovanja na žalbe i/ili prigovore ne sme se narušiti nijedan od prethodno navedenih principa. Prigovor ili žalbu možete podneti na strani za Kontakt, pisanim putem, e‑mailom ili na adresu. Po prijemu, naše osoblje će vas kontaktirati i upoznati sa daljom procedurom.

Handling complaints – Clients have the right to submit a complaint and/or appeal if they believe they have been harmed regarding contractual obligations and/or certification rules. When responding to complaints and/or appeals, none of the above principles may be compromised. You may submit a complaint or appeal via the Contact page, in writing, by e‑mail, or by post. Upon receipt, our staff will contact you with the next steps.
